This tutorial was written in PSP 9 but can be done in any version.
Supplies Needed Eye Candy 3 >Gradient Glow

Font of Choice I used A& S Snapper

Scrap Kit of Choice . I used a scrapkit called "Lilac Dreams" by Monica At Simply Sensational Scraps

Tube of your choice - I'm using the beautiful  artwork of Jennifer Janesko .
You need a license to use her work which is available from

Let's Get Started!!!
New canvas 800 x 800. Transparent
Copy & paste frame 1 , resize 30% then 90%, with magic wand click inside both sides in frame make sure u click at very top the shadow part then selections > modify by 4 , 
open paper 7 , shift D to make duplicate , close out original
resize duplicate to 800 x 800 , copy & paste as a new layer, selections > invert > delete.. 
Copy & paste tube, the one I used I place over to right side and erased the left side then duplicate tube and mirror, merge tube layers together, drop shadow..
Drop shadow on frame...
Copy & paste flower 2 and flower 3 , resize 15% , then 85% , place and drop shadow.. 
Copy & paste butterfly 6 , resize 20% , place and drop shadow.
Copy &  paste lacebow 3 , resize 20% then 90 % , place and drop shadow.
Copy & paste foliage 3 , resize 20% then 65% , place and drop shadow

Resize to 75% or 600 x 600 , all layers checked

Please remember to add all proper © copyright info 

Add your name... set color palette background to #b4a0c5 no foreground .  A & S Snapper  font type your name 
and add noise with the following
Uniform  checked
65% 
Monochrome
Add glow and drop shadow..

Let's Get Started!!!

New canvas
800 x 800 if u want to make a Banner use 620 x 230

New raster layer, select all, copy & paste paper 1 into selection, deselect.
New raster layer, select all, copy & paste baby blue lace into selection, deselect,
set blend to overlay.
Copy & paste glitter 1 as a new layer,move to the right, duplicate , mirror...
merge layer down.
Copy & paste close up, mirror,move to the right and down a little. (See my tag for placement).
set blend to soft light. Duplicate.
Copy & paste tube, place on left towards the middle.. ( See my tag for placement)

Now set ur foreground & background to #33EF1
Tyoe out "Cool Waters"
add small gradient glow..using this color. #042D32
Add drop shadow to all and elements and tubes...

add any other elements that u wish .

Resize to 600 x 600 , or to liking do not resize banner.

Please remember to add all proper © copyright info

Add ur name...
Use the same as above with the text Cool Waters

Merge all flatten

Save as jpeg file...

DBV Mask 110 by Vaybs

Let's Get Started!!!

New canvas 750 x 650 , we'll crop later...

Copy & paste frame 5, with magic wand click inside frame to select, selections, modify , expand by 5,
new raster layer, copy & paste paper 3 ,selections >invert> delete.
Keep selected, copy & paste tube, place , delete...
Deselect..

Duplicate tube, on top layer, blur , gaussian blur set to 5, blend set to screen, on bottom layer, set blend to
soft light, drop shadow...

move tube and paper layers below frame layer...
drop shadow frame...

Copy & paste mesh, move to bottom...

Copy & paste frame 1, resize 110% , drop shadow.

Copy & paste bow 4, resize 80% , place and drop shadow..

Copy & paste flower 1, resize if needed place and drop shadow..

Copy & paste flower 2, resize ,place and drop shadow.

Copy & paste skullrose, resize ,place and drop shadow.

Copy & paste heart 1,place and drop shadow...

Copy & paste shoe, place and drop shadow...

Copy & paste tube place and drop shadow,

Copy & paste paper 4 as a new layer , Layers > from image > choose mask ,apply mask, merge group...

add any other elements that u wish .

Resize all layers checked to 650 x 563. *( I always resize mine before adding copyright so that it doesn't get
distorted )

Merge visible...

Please remember to add all proper © copyright info

Add your name...

Save as png file...

♥ My UT Afghan ♥

Just finished this one last night,..

This one was made for a special cause here in Mississippi, it is called Palmer Home for Children...

They are having a special event this month to raise money for these children, and they hold a silent auction which I am donating this afghan for that..

and here is a close up of it ....
