This tut is intended for those that have a working knowledge of PSP 

This tutorial was written in PSP X but can be done in any version.

My tutorials are only meant as a guide , if u wish to use a different 

tube or change the colors etc , then please feel free to do so.I love to see what all 

others can create with my stuff.

Supplies Needed:

Eye Candy 3 > Gradient Glow

With the following settings

Width : 6

Opacity :100

Opacity Dropoff : Medium

Color: White

Font of Choice I used Leprechaun Hats

Mask "WSL_84" by Weescotlass

Drop Shadow (this is the drop shadow used throughout tutorial)

V = 2

H = 2

Opacity = 60

Blur = 2.00

Color = Black

NOTE: I  sharpen after resizing but that is optional...

Let's Get Started!!!

New canvas 800 x 800 Transparent

Copy & paste Element14 , with magic wand click inside frame , selections >modify > expand by 3 , copy & paste pp 8 as a new layer, selections >invert, delete , move this layer below frame layer. Keep Selected 

Copy & paste tube , I resized mine to make it bigger, place and with eraser tool erase bottom, move this layer above the frame layer..deselect and drop shadow tube and frame.

Copy & paste EL 2 , place and drop shadow.

Copy & paste EL 14, resize 65%, sharpen,place and drop shadow.

Copy & paste EL 26 , resize 70% ,Sharpen, place and drop shadow.

Copy & paste EL 30 , resize 50% , Sharpen, place and drop shadow.

Copy & paste EL 47, resize 55% ,Sharpen, place and drop shadow.

Copy & paste EL 29 , resize 70% ,Sharpen, place and drop shadow.

Copy & paste pp1 as a new layer, move to bottom , Layers> New mask layer, from image, choose mask , apply , merge group.

Resize 110%.

add any other elements that u wish .

resize to 600 x 600 or to liking...I always resize mine before adding 

copyright to keep it from being blury.

Please remember to add all proper © copyright info

Add ur name... set background to #3e9800 and font type out name and add glow..

Save as PNG file...

Let's Get Started!!!

New canvas 800 x 800 Transparent

Copy & paste EE11 , resize 50% then 80%, place with selection tool set to eclipse, carefully select around , copy & paste pp 9 as a new layer , selections > invert , delete.

move this layer below frame layer.. Keep selected and copy & paste tube, the 1 I used I resized 110% and place then take eraser tool and erase some at the bottom..

Deselect. and drop shadow frame and tube,.

Copy & paste EE30 , resize 50% then 80%, place and drop shadow.

Copy & paste EE5 , resize 35%, place and drop shadow.

Copy & paste EE29 , resize 50%, place and drop shadow.

Copy & paste EE28 , place duplicate , mirror , merge and move this layer to bottom. Lower opacity to around 50.

Copy & paste EE26 , resize 90%, place ,take pick tool and rotate to liking and drop shadow.

Copy & paste EE6 , place ,duplicate , flip ,merge layer down.

Copy & paste EE7 , resize 50%, place and drop shadow.

add any other elements that u wish .

resize to 600 x 600 or to liking...I always resize mine before adding 

copyright to keep it from being blury.

Please remember to add all proper © copyright info

Add ur name... Color black type out name and add glow..

Save as PNG file...

New canvas 750 x 650. Transparent

Copy & paste frame 2, resize 18%, with magic wand, click inside frame, selections >modify>expand by 3, open pp3, shift D to duplicate , close original , resize duplicate 750 x750 , then copy & paste into selection and move this layer below frame layer.

Copy & paste tube, resize 45% , adjust> sharpen, place and drop shadow.

Copy & paste vine 4 , resize 15%, place , adjust>sharpen and drop shadow, duplicate , mirror, merge layer down.

Copy & paste mushroom, resize 15% then 80%, place,adjust>sharpen and drop shadow.

Copy & paste Copy & paste grass , resize 12% , place on left see my tag for placement,adjust>sharpen and drop shadow ,duplicate mirror,duplicate again move this towards middle, resize 80%, place and then duplicate , move over just a little, merge layer these 4 layers together and move layer below mushroom layer and above tube layer,..

Copy & paste barrels , resize 15%, place,adjust>sharpen and drop shadow, duplicate mirror.merge layer down.

Copy & paste birdhouse, resize 10% then 80%, place ,adjust>sharpen and drop shadow.

Copy & paste bench , resize 10%, place, adjust>sharpen , add a glow with the following settings

width  6

opacity 100

Medium

color black

and drop shadow.

Open pp8 ,shift D to duplicate , close original , resize duplicate 750 x750 , then copy & paste as a new layer, go to layers > new mask layer > from image > choose mask and apply, merge group, move layer to bottom.

add any other elements that u wish .

resize to 650 x 563 or to liking...I always resize mine before adding 

copyright to keep it from being blury.

Please remember to add all proper © copyright info

Add ur name... set background to black type name and add glow.

Save as PNG file...

Copy & paste frame 3, resize 90%, with magic wand , click inside frames, make sure to click all , selections >modify >expand by 3,  copy & paste paper 6 as a new layer ,moving this layer below frame layer, selections > invert delete.

Copy & paste close up tube , place , with eraser tool , erase parts outside of frame. then mirror other tube before copying and pasting it . then use eraser tool again and erase parts outside of frame..

Deselect , drop shadow frame and tubes.

Copy & paste birdhouse 2 , resize 85%, sharpen, drop shadow.

Copy & paste big bow ,resize 30% , place and drop shadow, duplicate , place on other side of frame,..

Copy & paste banner , resize 55%, place and drop shadow, duplicate and place on other frame.

with text tool , background set to #174949 and write the names of the tubes on each banner..

Copy & paste butterfly 2, resize 30% , place and drop shadow, duplicate , mirror and place...

Copy & paste well planter , resize 45% ,place and drop shadow...

Copy & paste paper 3 as a new layer, layers>new mask layer > from image, choose mask and apply, ,merge group.

Lower opacity to around 50 and add drop shadow.

add any other elements that u wish .

resize to 600 x 600 or to liking...I always resize mine before adding 

copyright to keep it from being blury.

Add ur name... set background to #174949 and type name and add glow...

Open image 16, shift D to duplicate and close original .

Resize 750 x 750, then copy & paste as a new layer,

selections >invert,Delete. Keep selected.

Copy & paste close up tube , place then delete. lower opacity to around 50.

Copy & paste tube , resize 95%, place layer above frame layer and then with eraser tool carefully erase at the bottom.

Copy & paste flower 1, resize 30%, place and drop shadow.

Copy & paste nest, resize 20%, sharpen, place and drop shadow.

Copy & paste mailbox, resize 15%, place and drop shadow.

Copy & paste bird , resize 15% , place and drop shadow..

Copy & paste umbrella , resize 10% , place and drop shadow..

Copy & paste mushroom , resize 10% , place and drop shadow..

Open  paper 4 , shift D to duplicate, close original, resize duplicate to 750 x750 , then copy & paste as new layer, go to layers> New mask layer > from image, choose mask and apply, merge group.

After a long while I am finally back to PSP...
I have rewritten some of the tuts and had to delete some as the links were not longer good, so all that it is on here now is all good...

Let's Get Started!!!

New canvas 800 x 800 Transparent

Copy & paste paper 21 apply mask, merge group.

Copy & paste Lamp post place under frame layer and above the mask layer and add drop shadow.

Copy & paste Fairydust place and add drop shadow. Duplicate and mirror to place ,merge down to merge fairydust layers 

together. 

Copy & paste frame 3 , resize 90% , sharpen. 

With magic wand click inside frame , selections > modify >expand by 3 , selections > invert,

now copy & paste paper 23 hit delete , keep selected and then copy & paste tube ,place it and then hit delete. 

Deselect.

Apply drop shadow to both tube and frame...

Copy & paste butterflies , place and drop shadow.

Copy & paste tube of ur choice resize 115% twice , Adjust> Sharpen, place, the one I used I cropped her a little at the bottom, using selection tool

set to Ellipse tool feather set to 0, circle around tube to ur liking and go to selections > invert and hit delete.

Deselect. add drop shadow..

Duplicate the fairydust layer and move up layers to top .

Copy & paste mushrooms , resize 90%, place and drop shadow.

Copy & paste flower 6 , resize 50% , Adjust > sharpen, place, duplicate ,place and duplicate again ,place and then merge 3 flower layers.

Add drop shadow.

Copy & paste bow 3 , resize 90% twice, sharpen place and drop shadow.

Copy & paste bird , resize 50% , adjust sharpen, place and drop shadow.

Copy & paste candles , resize 90% , adjust sharpen, place and drop shadow...

add any other elements that u wish .

Merge visble . 

Add drop shadow using the following.

V & H - -2 opacity 100 , blur 6.00 color white.. 

resize to 600 x 600 or to liking...I always resize mine before adding 

copyright to keep it from being blury.

Please remember to add all proper © copyright info

Add ur name... Color set to #317ad2   add gradient glow

with the following settings

Gradient Glow 
Width 6.00
Opacity 100
Opacity Dropoff  Medium
Color white
Add drop shadow 
Vertical 2
Hortizontal 2
Opacity 40

Color Black

Save as PNG file...
