This tut is intended for those that have a working knowledge of PSP
This tutorial was written in PSP X but can be done in any version.
My tutorials are only meant as a guide , if u wish to use a different tube or change the colors etc ,

Supplies Needed:
Eye Candy 3 >Gradient Glow
Font of Choice - I used A&S Speedway

Tube of your choice - I am using the beautiful artwork of Ismael Rac .
You need a license to use his work, please do not use his work without a proper license..

Let's Get Started!!!
New canvas 800 x 800...
Copy & paste frame 1, with magic wand, select inside of frame , selections > modify by 3.
Copy & paste paper 6 as a new layer, selections invert delete...
Keep selected and
copy & paste tube, move layer above frame layer.
With eraser tool , erase parts of tube at bottom...
deselect.
Drop shadow both tube and frame...
Copy & paste halftone, place on top left, duplicate , mirror, flip...merge layer down...
select all , float, defloat, change foreground to #E93F9F and with paint brush color the halftone,
change opacity to around 50...
Copy & paste flower 2 , resize 70%, place and drop shadow.. duplicate , mirror.
Copy & paste flower 1 , resize 70%, place and drop shadow..duplicate ,mirror.
Copy & paste ribbon 1 , place and drop shadow..
Copy & paste butterfly 2, resize 50% , place and drop shadow...
Copy & paste kiss , resize 50%, place and drop shadow...
Copy & paste crown resize 50% ,place and drop shadow,.
add any other elements that u wish
Resize 600 x 600 or to liking

Save as PNG file...
