This tut is intended for those that have a working knowledge of PSP 

This tutorial was written in PSP X but can be done in any version.

My tutorials are only meant as a guide , if u wish to use a different 

tube or change the colors etc , then please feel free to do so.I love to see what all others 

can create with my stuff.

Supplies Needed:

Font of Choice 

Tube of your choice - I am using the beautiful artwork of "Ismael Rac"

You need a license to use his work, please do not use his work 

without a proper license..

It's in a zip file with other designers...

Drop shadow used throughtout tutorial is the following...

V = 1

H = 1

Opacity 60%

Blur = 6.00

Color = Black

**** Note ***** I sharpen after resizing...and before drop shadow...

I resize, sharpen and drop shadow...

Let's Get Started!!!

New canvas 750 x 650. Transparent

Copy & paste paper 3, apply mask , merge group , I duplicated the mask layer , merge layer down 3 times so that it shows up better.

Copy & paste element 15 , resize 120% , sharpen and drop shadow..

With magic wand select inside each window panel, selections> Modify>Expand by 10 ,copy & paste paper 6 as new layer under the 

frame layer resize layer to liking I resized 50%, place and selections> Invert hit delete button...

With magic wand click inside each heart, selections> Modify >Expand by 5, Copy & paste paper 7 as a new layer below frame layer,

selections>invert > delete.

Copy & paste tube, resize 35% , sharpen , place and drop shadow...

Copy & paste element 11, resize 35% , sharpen , place and drop shadow...

Copy & paste element 2, resize 35% , sharpen , place and drop shadow...

Copy & paste element 13, resize 35% , sharpen , place and drop shadow...

Copy & paste element 10, resize 35% , sharpen , place and drop shadow...Duplicate resize 80%, place..

Copy & paste element 32, resize 35% , sharpen , place and drop shadow...

Copy & paste element 21, resize 35% , sharpen , place and drop shadow...

Copy & paste element 31, resize 35% , sharpen , place and drop shadow...

Copy & paste element 42, sharpen , place and drop shadow... duplicate , mirror..

add any other elements that u wish .

resize to 650 x 563 or to liking...I always resize mine before adding 

copyright to keep it from being blury.

Add ur name...

Save as PNG file...
