This tut is intended for those that have a working knowledge of PSP 

This tutorial was written in PSP X but can be done in any version.

My tutorials are only meant as a guide , if u wish to use a different 

tube or change the colors etc , then please feel free to do so.I love to see what all 

others can create with my stuff.

Supplies Needed:

Eye Candy 3 -Gradient Glow

Width 6

Opacity :100

Opacity Dropoff : Medium

Color :White

Font of Choice ,I am using

Tube of your choice - I am using the beautiful artwork of "Keith Garvey"

You need a license to use his/her work, please do not use his work without a proper license..

Mask "DBV Mask 83" by Vabys

Drop Shadow (this is the drop shadow used throughout tutorial)

V = 1

H = 1

Opacity = 60

Blur = 6.00

Color = Black

Let's Get Started!!!

New canvas 750 x 650. Transparent

Copy & paste PP5 as a new layer, layers > new mask layer, from image , choose mask, apply and merge group..

Lower opacity to 70.

Copy & paste EL 17 ,sharpen, with magic wand , click inside frame to select , selections , modify, expand by 3, copy & paste PP 4 as a new layer, selections , invert , delete, move this layer to bottom, keep selected, copy & paste tube, place and hit delete, change blend to Luminance Legacy. deselect.

Drop shadow frame.

Copy & paste tube place, and drop shadow.

Copy & paste EL 15 , resize 60%, sharpen, place and drop shadow...

Copy & paste EL 1, resize 60%, sharpen, place and drop shadow..

Copy & paste EL9 ,  sharpen, place and drop shadow, duplicate mirror, duplicate again, and place where ever u like and then duplicate and mirror , flip.

Copy & paste EL 3  ,mirror, , bring to top , duplicate and place this one under tube, now go to top layer, and with eraser tool , erase off of her hat,  sharpen, place and drop shadow...

Copy & paste EL20, resize 30%, sharpen, place and drop shadow.

Copy & paste EL2, resize 50%, sharpen, place and drop shadow.

Copy & paste EL12, place , sharpen, add gradient glow with above settings except change width from 6 to 10, place and drop shadow...

Copy & paste EL8, resize 50%, sharpen , place and drop shadow.

add any other elements that u wish .

resize to 650 x 563 or to liking...I always resize mine before adding 

copyright to keep it from being blury.

Please remember to add all proper © copyright info

Add ur name...Set background to #02b402, type name and add glow...

Save as PNG file...
