This tut is intended for those that have a working knowledge of PSP 

This tutorial was written in PSP X but can be done in any version.

My tutorials are only meant as a guide , if u wish to use a different 

tube or change the colors etc , then please feel free to do so.I love to see what all 

others can create with my stuff.

Supplies Needed:

Eye Candy 3 -Gradient Glow

Width 6

Opacity :100

Opacity Dropoff : Medium

Color :White

Font of Choice ,I am using Seasons Spring

Tube of your choice - I am using the beautiful artwork of "Verymany" (Stephanie)

You need a license to use his/her work, please do not use his/her work without a proper license..

********NOTE*******

Always  sharpen after resizing...

And Drop shadow with the following settings..

Drop Shadow (this is the drop shadow used throughout tutorial)

V = 1

H = 1

Opacity = 60

Blur = 6.00

Color = Black

Let's Get Started!!!

New canvas 750 x 650. Transparent

Copy & paste Frame 2 , resize , with magic wand click inside frame , selections, modify, expand by 3, copy & paste paper 21 as a new layer, place paper, selections, invert , delete, move layer below frame layer ,copy & paste tube , place , with eraser tool , erase around bottom . deselect.

Copy & paste dangle 1 , resize 90% ,twice , place .

Copy & paste flower 3 , resize 90% , place .

Copy & paste kitty , resize 60%, place.

Copy & paste lips, resize 60% ,place .

Copy & paste glitter blot 1 & 2, place top right , merge layer down, duplicate , mirror, flip, place at bottom left, merge layer down, duplicate layer and mirror, merge layer down...

Send to bottom..

Copy & paste shoe, resize 80%,mirror , place.

Copy & paste compact , resize 70%, mirror, place.

Copy & paste  lipstick 2, resize 60%, place.

Copy & paste phone, resize 45%, ,place.

Copy & paste chrome heart , resize 70%, place.

Copy & paste fairydust 1, place , duplicate, mirror, flip, merge layer down.

Copy & paste paper 7 as a new layer, move to bottom, Layers, New mask layer, from image , choose mask and apply, merge group, resize 105% , and sharpen..

add any other elements that u wish .

resize to 650 x 563 or to liking...I always resize mine before adding 

copyright to keep it from being blury.

Please remember to add all proper © copyright info

Add ur name...Open paper 7 in psp, set to pattern on background , set foreground to white , stroke 2 , type name .

Save as PNG file...
