FTU May Delights Banner Set Tutorial

This tut is intended for those that have a working knowledge of PSP 

This tutorial was written in PSP X but can be done in any version.

My tutorials are only meant as a guide , if u wish to use a different 

tube or change the colors etc , then please feel free to do so.I love to see what all others can create with my stuff.

Supplies Needed:

PSP I use PSP X 

FTU 

Font of Choice: I used Saginaw 
U can get it Here! 

Tube of your choice - I am using the beautiful artwork of "Verymany"

Drop Shadow (this is the drop shadow used throughout tutorial)

V = 1

H = 1

Opacity = 50

Blur = 1.00

Color = Black

Let's Get Started!!!

New canvas Banner 760 x 270 

New canvas Profile 800 x 800 (will be resizing at end)

Working on Profile tag first (800 x 800 ) first.

Copy & paste Frame 10 ,move down to lower right, duplicate, move to the upper left , rotate 15 degrees to the left.. place like mine.

Merge layer down, then with magic wand click inside each frame,  selections > Modify by 5, new raster layer, move this layer below, and copy & paste paper 11 into selection , keep selected, copy & paste Close up of tube, resize 75% , place then selections > invert >delete, then invert again and with eraser tool, carefully erase from bottom frame.Deselect . With magic wand click inside bottom frame only and  repeat with close up tube , mirror tube before copying. Adjust> sharpen and add drop shadow tubes.

Now on tube layers, lower opacity to 65 , then merge layer down..

Copy & paste leaves 3 , resize 50%, place, on bottom frame, duplicate, mirror, and place on top left frame, image rotate 10 degrees left, adjust> sharpen and add drop shadow..

Copy & paste flowers 3, resize 60%  ,with eraser ,erase stems at bottom,  place , top frame,duplicate, then mirror, sharpen and add drop shadow, place on bottom frame. 

Copy & paste birdhouse 1, reize 50% , place , sharpen and drop shadow.

Copy & paste butterfly scatter 1, resize 80%, place, sharpen and drop shadow,

Copy & paste tube, resize 70% ,place ,sharpen and drop shadow.

Copy & paste frog ,resize 30% ,place ,sharpen and drop shadow.

Copy & paste rainbow, place up top,move layer to bottom.

New raster layer,move to bottom ,selection all, copy & paste paper 20into selection. deselect..

Now working on Banner canvas, select all and copy & paste paper 20 into selection. deselect..

Back on profile canvas , turn off visibility on paper layer, 

then right click on canvas and copy merged, then go to Banner canvas and paste as new layer, place to your liking.

Copy & paste wordart 3 , resize to liking on both tags, place and drop shadow..

Add any other elements that u wish .

Merge all layers on both banner and profile canvas. 

resize to 600 x 600 or to liking...I always resize mine before adding copyright to keep it from being blury.

To add the frame, add new layer, select all , contract by 10, invert and fill with color #80b492 . I added a small glow and drop shadow..then merge all.. 

Please remember to add all proper © copyright information on both tags.

Add ur name...

Save as PNG file...
