This tut is intended for those that have a working knowledge of PSP 

This tutorial was written in PSP X but can be done in any version.

My tutorials are only meant as a guide , if u wish to use a different 

tube or change the colors etc , then please feel free to do so.I love to see what all 

others can create with my stuff.

Supplies Needed:

Eye Candy 3 -Gradient Glow

Width 6

Opacity :100

Opacity Dropoff : Medium

Color :White

Font of Choice ,I am using Milk Shake Fraise

Tube of your choice - I am using the beautiful artwork of "Verymany"

Drop Shadow (this is the drop shadow used throughout tutorial)

V = 1

H = 1

Opacity = 60

Blur = 6.00

Color = Black

Let's Get Started!!!

New canvas 750 x 650. Transparent

Copy & paste frame 2, with magic wand click inside to select , selections -modify- expand by 3, copy & paste paper 8 as a new layer, selections - invert -delete. Make sure this layer is below frame layer,.Keep selected.

Copy & paste close up tube , mirror, place , delete. Deselect.

Set to Overlay.

Copy & paste element 19, resize to 110%, place ,sharpen .drop shadow.

Copy & paste 6 , resize 60%, place on left , dupilcate, move over to right , merge layer, down. sharpen and drop shadow..

Copy & paste element 4, resize 45 % , mirror , place , sharpen and drop shadow.

Copy & paste element 1, resize 20 % , then 80%, place, sharpen , and drop shadow.

Copy & paste element 14, resize 20%, place , sharpen and drop shadow..
Copy & paste tube, resize 60%, place , sharpen and drop shadow..
Copy & paste element 15 , resize 10% , place , sharpen and drop shadow..
Copy & paste element 9 & 10 , resize, 10%, place , sharpen and drop shadow. duplicate element 9 and place, merge these 3 layers together...
Copy & paste element 2, resize 35%, place between flower layers.. sharpen, and drop shadow..
Copy & paste element 11, resize 15%, place , duplicate, mirror, merge layer down , adjust -sharpen, and drop shadow.
Copy & paste element 5, resize 50% , place , sharpen, and drop shadow...

Copy & paste paper 9, move this layer to bottom, pull up both masks in psp, go to Layers - New mask layer - from image and choose mask 68, merge group, resize 110, place to liking..
Duplicated mine and mirror, flip and placed, merge layer down...

Copy & paste paper 8, move this layer above last mask layer, 
go to Layers - New mask layer - from image and choose mask 67, merge group, resize 110, place to liking..

Duplicated mine and mirror, flip and placed, merge layer down..

add any other elements that u wish .

resize to 650 x 563 or to liking...I always resize mine before adding 

copyright to keep it from being blury.

Please remember to add all proper © copyright info

Add ur name...Set background to pattern and pull up paper 10 , type name and add glow...

Save as PNG file...
