This tut is intended for those that have a working knowledge of PSPThis tutorial was written in PSP X but can be done in any version.My tutorials are only meant as a guide , if u wish to use a different tube or change the colors etc ,then please feel free to do so.I love to see what all others can create with my stuff..

Tube of your choice - I am using the beautiful artwork of Arthur Crowe . You need a license to use his work, please do not use his work without a proper license..U can get it Here!

Let's Get Started!!!New canvas 750 x 650Copy & paste filmslide, resize 70% . with magic wand click inside to select.Selections > modify > expand by 2.Copy & paste p4, selections > invert ,delete. KEEP SELECTEDCopy & paste close up tube, place and hit delete..Drop shadow frame and tube...Copy & paste nailpolish , resize 50% , place and drop shadow..
Copy & paste heartbeads 2 , resize 60%, place and drop shadow..Copy & paste rose, resize, place and drop shadow..Copy & paste spider , resize, place and drop shadow...Copy & paste sparkles 2, place, duplicate , mirror, flip..Copy & paste sparkles , place...Copy & paste splatter, place, duplicate , mirror, flip. place , repeat this til u are happy ...Send the sparkles and splatter layers to the bottom...Copy & paste main tube, resize if desired, place and drop shadow...Copy & paste skullcherry, resize, place

 Copy & paste bow 5 , resize 70% , sharpen , place and drop shadow.

With font  type out "Naughty Cop" with color palette set to foreground set to #000000 and background to #bd657a ,stroke 2  Add small gradient glow , place ,drop shadow..New raster layer, send to bottom, flood fill with #bd657a, apply mask ...add any other elements that u wish .Please remember to add all proper © copyright infoAdd ur name...with color palette set to foreground set to #000000 and background to #bd657a ,stroke 2  Add small gradient glow , place ,drop shadow..
