This tut is intended for those that have a working knowledge of PSP
This tutorial was written in PSP X but can be done in any version.
My tutorials are only meant as a guide , if u wish to use a different tube or change the colors etc ,
then please feel free to do so.I love to see what all others can create with my stuff..

Supplies Needed:

Eye Candy 3 >Gradient Glow

 Font of Choice I am using 

Scrapkit "RockStar" by Anita at Alika Scraps
U can find it Here!!

Tube of your choice - I am using the beautiful artwork of Arthur Crowe .
You need a license to use his work, please do not use his work without a proper license..

Mask WSL_Mask56 by Weescotlas Creations!!!

Let's Get Started!!!
New canvas 750 x 650.
Copy & paste as17 , with magic wand click inside to select.. selections > modify > expand by 5.
Copy & paste paper 5, selections invert, delete...
Copy & paste close up tube, place and hit delete , lower opacity to around 50...
Copy & paste as15, place on right , duplicate and move to the left..merge layer down.
move the layer to the bottom..
Copy & paste as65 , place on top center of frame, drop shadow.
Copy & paste as57, with pick tool resize and make bigger on each side...
sharpen..
Copy & paste tube, resize, place and drop shadow...
Copy & paste as24 ,resize 50% , place and drop shadow... duplicate resize and place...
Copy & paste paper 7, >Layers >New mask layer, from image > select mask and apply, resize 110% , merge group ,move to bottom.
add any other elements that u wish .

Please remember to add all proper © copyright info
Add ur name...  Open paper 5 , set to pattern for background and foreground to black, type out name and add small glow and drop shadow,. 

Save as PNG file...
