FTU Life's A Beach Banner Set Tutorial

This tut is intended for those that have a working knowledge of PSP 

This tutorial was written in PSP X but can be done in any version.

My tutorials are only meant as a guide , if u wish to use a different tube or change the colors etc , then please feel free to do so.I love to see what all others can create with my stuff.

Supplies Needed:

PSP

Eye Candy Gradient Glow (I am using 3.1 version)

Font of Choice I used Summer Daisy Personal Use

Tube of your choice - I am using the beautiful artwork of "Verymany" Lilies

You need a license to use his/her work, please do not use his/her work without a proper license..

Drop Shadow (this is the drop shadow used throughout tutorial)

V = 1

H = 1

Opacity = 50

Blur = 1.00

Color = Black

Let's Get Started!!!

Profile New canvas 800 x 800 (We'll resize to 600 x 600 at end)

Banner New canvas 760 x 270  

We are working on the profile tag first.. 

New Canvas 800 x 800 

Copy & paste E3,resize 90%,with magic wand click inside to 

select, modify >expand by 5, new raster layer,move layer below the frame layer, copy & paste paper 6 into selection..Keep selected.

Copy & paste close up of your tube,resize 40% or to your liking and place, selections > invert, delete. deselect. Set blend to Overlay.

Copy & paste E8,mirror ,place on left side,move this layer down under the frame layers.Duplicate,mirror and flip. Merge layer down.

Copy & paste E7,place over frame.

Copy & paste E19,place,sharpen and add drop shadow.

Copy & paste E34 ,place,sharpen and add drop shadow.

Copy & paste E10 ,place,sharpen and add drop shadow.

Now for the background and mask layer ,New Raster Layer,select all ,copy & paste paper 5 into selection,keep selected,new raster layer, now copy & paste paper 6 into selection, deselect.

Now to apply mask on top paper layer,go to Image > New Mask Layer,From Image,choose your mask,click ok,then on layers palette,merge group.

Now on Banner Canvas do the same as above for the background and mask layers.

Now go back to Profile Canvas and turn visibility off on both bottom layers,then back to the Banner Canvas and paste as new layer,place to liking,merge visible.

Copy & paste E34,resize to your liking,place,sharpen,add drop shadow and gradient glow with the following settings.

add any other elements that u wish .

resize to 600 x 600 or to liking...I always resize mine before adding copyright to keep it from being blury.

Please remember to add all proper © copyright information on both tags.

Now for the Frames,Select all,Modify>Contract 10,selections>invert, Add new layer, Pull up paper 6,copy & paste into selection.add a inner bevel,glow and drop shadow.

Add ur name...

Set background to

Save as PNG file...
