FTU Steamed Junk Banner Set Tutorial

This tut is intended for those that have a working knowledge of PSP 

This tutorial was written in PSP X but can be done in any version.

My tutorials are only meant as a guide , if u wish to use a different tube or change the colors etc , then please feel free to do so.I love to see what all others can create with my stuff.

Supplies Needed:

PSP

Eye Candy Gradient Glow (I am using 3.1 version)

Font of Choice I used RocknRoll Typo bold

Tube of your choice - I am using the beautiful artwork of "Verymany"

You need a license to use his/her work, please do not use his/her work without a proper license..

Drop Shadow (this is the drop shadow used throughout tutorial)

V = 1

H = 1

Opacity = 50

Blur = 1.00

Color = Black

Let's Get Started!!!

Profile New canvas 800 x 800 (We'll resize to 600 x 600 at end)

Banner New canvas 760 x 270  

We are working on the profile tag first.. 

New Canvas 800 x 800 

Copy & paste 70,resize,with magic wand click inside to 

select, modify >expand by 5, new raster layer,move layer below the frame layer, copy & paste paper 4 into selection..Keep selected.

Copy & paste close up of tube,resize 60% or to your liking and place, selections > invert, delete.Deselect. Set Blend to Screen.

Copy & paste 77,resize 60%,place on top,duplicate,flip,merge layer down,Duplicate,rotate 90 right,merge layer down.Merge layer down again and then resize 110%. Sharpen and drop shadow.

Copy & paste Tube,resize 50% or to your liking,place,sharpen and drop shadow.

Copy & paste 57,resize 40%,place,sharpen and add drop shadow.

Copy & paste 69,resize 50%,place,sharpen and add drop shadow.

Copy & paste 68,resize 30%,place,sharpen and add drop shadow.

Copy & paste 35,resize 30%,place,sharpen and add drop shadow.Duplicate,place to your liking.

Copy & paste 36,resize 30%,place,sharpen and add drop shadow.Duplicate,place to your liking.

Copy & paste 52,resize 50%,place,sharpen and add drop shadow.

Copy & paste 41,resize 30%,place,sharpen and add drop shadow.

Copy & paste 5,resize 50%,place,sharpen and add drop shadow.

Copy & paste 27,resize 30%,place,sharpen and add drop shadow.

Copy & paste 25,resize 30%,place,sharpen and add drop shadow.

Now for the background and mask layer,New Raster Layer,select all ,copy & paste paper 13 into selection,keep selected,new raster layer, now copy & paste paper 3 into selection, deselect.

Now to apply mask on top paper layer,go to Image > New Mask Layer,From Image,choose your mask,click ok,then on layers palette,merge group.

Now on Banner Canvas do the same as above for the background and mask layers.

Now go back to Profile Canvas and turn visibility off on both bottom layers,then back to the Banner Canvas and paste as new layer,place to liking,merge visible.

add any other elements that u wish .

resize to 600 x 600 or to liking...I always resize mine before adding copyright to keep it from being blury.

Please remember to add all proper © copyright information on both tags.

Add ur name...

Set foreground to #eead4f and background to #c38c4c 

go to gradient with the following settings

then go to Adjust >add noise with the folling settings.

then go to eye candy >gradient glow with the following settings.

then back to eye candy >gradient glow with the following settings.

Save as PNG file...
