FTU Alex P June Swoon Banner Set Tutorial

This tut is intended for those that have a working knowledge of PSP 

This tutorial was written in PSP X but can be done in any version.

My tutorials are only meant as a guide , if u wish to use a different 

tube or change the colors etc , then please feel free to do so.I love to see what all others can create with my stuff.

Supplies Needed:

PSP

Font of Choice I used Saginaw

Tube of your choice - I am using the beautiful artwork of "Alex Prihodko"

You need a license to use his/her work, please do not use his/her work without a proper license..

Drop Shadow (this is the drop shadow used throughout tutorial)

V = 1

H = 1

Opacity = 50

Blur = 1.00

Color = Black

Let's Get Started!!!

Profile New canvas 800 x 800 (We'll resize to 600 x 600 at end)

Banner New canvas 760 x 270  

We are working on the profile tag first.. 

New Canvas 800 x 800

Copy & paste 3,with magic wand click inside to 

select, modify > expand by 5,new raster layer,move layer below the frame layer,copy & paste paper 24 into selection..Keep selected.

Copy & paste close up of tube, resize to your liking and place, selections > invert, delete. deselect,blend set to soft light, duplicate and sharpen and add drop shadow.

Copy & paste tube as a new layer,resize, place ,sharpen and drop shadow.

Copy & paste 15,free rotate 10 degrees 3 times.place on right side,sharpen and drop shadow.Duplicate and mirror, merge layer down.

Copy & paste 7,resize 30%, place,sharpen and drop shadow,duplicate,mirror.

Now for the background and mask layers,

New raster layer,select all,copy & paste paper 23 into selection,keep selected,new raster layer, now copy & paste paper 22 into selection, deselect.

Now to apply mask on top paper layer,go to Image > New Mask Layer,From Image,choose your mask,click ok,then on layers palette,merge group.

Now on to the Banner Canvas, 

New raster layer,select all,copy & paste paper 23 into selection,keep selected,new raster layer, now copy & paste paper 22 into selection, deselect.

Now to apply mask on top paper layer,go to Image > New Mask Layer,From Image,choose your mask,click ok,then on layers palette,merge group.

Now back on Profile Canvas,turn visibility off on both paper layers, and then highlight any other layer and copy merged,then go to the Banner Canvas again and paste as new layer,place and then merge visible..

add any other elements that u wish .

resize to 600 x 600 or to liking...I always resize mine before adding 

copyright to keep it from being blury.

Please remember to add all proper © copyright infotmation on both tags.

Add ur name...

I used color #f0609d with Eye Candy Gradient Glow set to 6 and color white.

Save as PNG file...
